The goal of the Randy Sam's Housing Program is to assist clients in meeting their immediate needs of food and shelter while providing them with the tools necessary to return to self-sustained community living.
The Veteran's Program provides financial assistance, counseling and supported employment to Veterans that are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless. This program can include the spouse of a veteran and counseling for children in the family.

Supported Employment Services Program works to assist persons with disabilities in obtaining integrated community employment in order to help them live independently sustained lives through earned income. This will enable individuals with disabilities to live independent lives where they are contributors to their community.
Texarkana Resources Community Living Program, through independent living training and support, is designed to assist adults ages 18 and over with developmental and intellectual disabilities to acquire, retain, and improve their independence.
